In 1999 Intermountain Specialized Abuse Treatment Center restructured the management of the agency.  The Center now has two new Directors.

Cheryl Pitkin, Co-Executive Director of Administrative Services

Cheryl Pitkin, ISAT's former comptroller, is the new Co-Executive Director of Administrative Services.  She has been with ISAT for over seventeen years and has managed all of the accounting, billing, financial and administrative services for all of ISAT's offices.  Ms. Pitkin graduated from Utah State University in 1987 and has worked in both private and public accounting positions.  She supervises all of the Office Administrators, ensuring that sound financial and administrative principles are utilized in the management of ISAT's offices.

Becky Valcarce, LPC, Co-Executive Director of Clinical Services

Ms. Valcarce has been with ISAT for over nineteen years in various clinical and administrative positions including Clinical Director, Director of Research and Development, and Director of Evaluations and Assessments.  As Co-Executive Director of Clinical Services, she is responsible for supervising all of the Clinical Directors and ensuring that clients receive the best services possible to meet their needs.  Ms. Valcarce has been instrumental in the development of ISAT's treatment programs.  She also writes grants and supervises fundraising activities for ISAT.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Utah as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor.  She is a member of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, an associate member of the American Psychological Association, and a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers.

Ms. Pitkin and Ms. Valcarce now run the agency under the direction of the Board of Trustees.
